Justin Kariuki is a Kenyan professional documentary videographer, Film Director with a speciality in post-production with experiences and a skill set that encompasses every aspect of the filmmaking process. He... have worked both locally and internationally on a wide range video formats including long and short form documentaries, television commercials, high-profile event coverage, social media video content, and on short and feature length fiction/drama films.

He also the founder Videocraft studios is a film production house based in Kenya. He conceptualizes, manages, coordinates and produces audio-visual content for local and international organizations. ‘Our clients choose to work with us because we deliver authentic, high-quality content at a cost-effective rates across the globe.’

Justin is the winner of the 2014 Kalasha Awards for best editing and best special effects for his work on “Simiyu Samurai: Clayton’s Ghost” and winner of the Best Documentary award at the 3rd Slum Film Festival for his piece “A story of the Urban Poor.”

He views filmmaking and storytelling as a link to people’s diverse cultures and experiences, and seek out opportunities that combine my curiosity with his skills to tell well rounded stories to an audience. He has worked as a consultant with various multinationals and NGOs such as UNHABITAT and UNEP as well as organizations and agencies.

In the last four years VideoCraft Studio, has a combined production body of work over 30 films and documentaries for renowned clients. We also produced various journalistic video series/documentaries that are broadcast across European and African distribution channels.

Brenda Wachira She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Actuarial Science from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture of Technology and a post graduate Certificate in Project Planning and Management from the... University of Virginia, Darden School of Business. She is passionate about brand building through the creation of high impact audio, visual and audio-visual content.

In her 7 year career, she has developed high impact communications for Non-profit organizations, multi nationals, real estate companies, FMCG, television, print and digital adverts etc. having produced several documentaries, television commercials and television shows She was the producer/ production manager of 2018’s Kalasha Award winning Best TV advert. ‘Modern Coast - Life is a Journey’.

She is exceptional at turning client briefs into creative proposals. She brings her sharp project planning and financial skills to ensure projects are executed on time and budget to the satisfaction of the clients.
